If you hate junk emails, create a junk rule in Outlook Express.

1. Start Outlook Express
2. Click on the TOOLS menu, choose Message Rules and select Mail
3. Click NEW
4. In the condition section, check "where the from line contains people" and "when the subject line contains specific words"
5. In the Action section, check "Delete it from server"
   
6. In the rule description section, click on the AND and change it to an OR (Messages match any of the criteria)
   
7. In the rule description section, click on contains people and enter all unwanted email user names.
   
8. Click on contains specific words and enter all unwanted subject headlines.
   
9. In the final section, name the rule Delete junk emails
10. Click OK
11. Click OK to close the Message rules
12. To add more junk emails, modify the unwanted rule.
